4 out of 5 starsThe seller was super communicative and provided the proofs very quickly. The labels are beautiful. They are, however, much bigger than I thought they were going to be. This is totally my fault for not thinking about what 2”x2.5” would look like on an envelope. These are for putting on the closure of the envelope and not for placing in the top left corner of the front.

Hi Jessica, I appreciate your feedback. I am glad you liked the labels, but I'm sorry the size wasn't quite what you were looking for. I am going to work on offering the option of ordering my larger labels at a smaller size. Hope you'll visit again!

Frequently asked questions
Proofs
Proofs are provided for all custom labels and stationery. Printing does not happen until you approve your proof.
If multiple attempts to reach the customer for proof approval go unanswered via email and the Etsy message system, your order may either be canceled with a full refund issued or the order may be sent as-is.
Printed Color v. Monitor Color
Monitors display colors differently, so you may see a variation in color in your printed item.
Packaging
Labels are packaged in an envelope and placed in a rigid cardboard mailer to prevent bending in the mail. Stationery is packaged in display boxes and shipped in a cardboard box.
How long with it take to receive my package once it is shipped?
Shipping times vary based on where you live. Labels and stationery are shipped USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Ground Advantage estimates delivery in 1-5 days. Tracking is included. A USPS Priority shipping upgrade is available at checkout. If you live in Colorado like me, you might receive your package next day, as is the case with nearby states. If you are on a time crunch, I recommend upgrading your shipping to USPS Priority shipping, which has delivery times of 1-3 days.
The text on my labels is wrong!
Please be sure to double-check the information you send me to put on your labels. Also, be sure to check your proofs for accuracy. I copy and paste the information you send me, so whatever you send is what ends up on your proof. If the error is the shop's fault, you will receive a new set of labels at no charge.
Do you recycle?
Yes! The Inspired Paper Shop recycles all recyclable products (paper and plastic) through our local residential recycling program. We also recycle ink cartridges and film plastic through local programs. When possible, we also upcycle packaging materials. ♻️
What if my tracking number shows "pre-transit" for the status?
According to the USPS, there are some reasons why packaging with tracking that has already been delivered to the post office might show "pre-transit" for tracking status.
--It's in the queue at a USPS or UPS facility
--The postal workers or UPS workers scanning packages simply didn't get to it that day
--Due to record-breaking volume, we’re also seeing a lot more instances where local Post Offices ship packages out without scanning them initially. In most of these cases, it’ll take a couple of days for the first scan to show up and mark the package as “In Transit."
