Warmie Hearts are heatable / coolable rice packs handmade with loving care using all natural ingredients:
* Fabrics are 100% cotton quilting fabrics
* Outer heart shell is removable for easy washing
* Hook and loop fastener makes for simple removal of the outer layer
* Inside heart is filled with organic white & brown rice
* Add your choice of the following organic dried leaves or herbs:
~ Lavender
~ Lavender & Rose petals
~ Rosemary & Mint
~ Chocolate Mint
~ Eucalyptus
~ Unscented
Instructions for heating:
* Place your Warmie Heart in the microwave.
* Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.
* Enjoy the soothing aroma of lavender or other aromatic herbs
