I understand that things in life out of our control do happen, and even though I was very unhappy with how everything happened the first time around, I believe that extending grace in this situation was necessary. With that said, the item I received was absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for to send to new mom friend. First review: Wow, I should have read the reviews first on this item. Looks like the seller just disappears and never sends the item. I’m in the process of getting a refund because this is exactly what happened. Got an away message or no response with a missed delivery date.

Processing and Shipping Times
PROCESSING:
Processing is the time it takes to design, print, and lovingly package your items. Most orders take betweem 3-5 business days to process. Business days are M-F and do not include weekends.
SHIPPING:
The shipping timeframe begins once your item has been processed, and not from the date of purchase. You will receive an Etsy email notification with a tracking number once your item has shipped. Transit times range from 3-6 days depending on where you live within the U.S.
Do you accomodate rush orders?
Please contact me directly if you need rush processing. Based on the workload for a particular week, rush orders can sometimes be accommodated. All rush orders will require an additional fee.
Answering Messages
I do my very best to answer messages within 24 hours after receiving them; however, I do reserve weekends and holidays for personal time. Thank you in advance for understanding.
Specific Delivery Date Requests
If you have a specific date in which you must receive your order, please send me a direct message. Please DO NOT leave delivery date requests in the note to seller box as those message are not seen until your order is being processed, thus sometimes making the receipt of the request too late to be accomodated.
Delivery Address
Please carefully check your delivery address prior to checkout. Orders automatically ship to the address on file. If a change of address must be made after a purchase, this may delay the shipping process.
If a change is necessary, please contact me directly with:
1) Your order number
2) Your new address
Card Quanitities
Please be sure to select the correct number of cards needed from the "quantity" drop down menu. Ex: if requesting 5 cards, please select "5" from the dropdown menu prior to checkout.
Ordering the incorrect number of cards will result in a delay of your package. Cards cannot ship until the correct number of cards have been ordered. If the correct payment is not made within 10 days of placing the original order, your order will be cancelled and ineligable for a refund.
