Finding my Groove to start an Etsy Store

It all started after I had my first child. I wanted some cute bodysuits / onesies to first announce the pregnancy to my family, and then once baby came I wanted custom bodysuits to commemorate each month of his first year and then his first birthday. I started by just using fabric paint and simple drawings I had done and then did my own form of screen printing using wax paper. It was ok, just nothing very professional looking. My husband encouraged me to look into heat transfers, but the iron on transfers I tested with just cracked and peeled. After much research I discovered the heat press machine and just the right products to use....and thus my Etsy store came into focus. Years later, I'm discovering a new passion for nursery and kids room art using the same computer graphics skills I've relied on for my baby bodysuits.
