4 out of 5 starsThank you for the refund. It's such a shame the post office lost my item as was really looking forward to receiving it. Please let me know if the post office returns it back to you if they find it as I would still be interested in it. Tara :)

3 out of 5 starsI never received my journal. After contacting the seller twice looking for a tracking number, I finally heard back that it probably had gotten lost in the mail and that she had this problem before. She did offer me a refund, to which I said, it's not your fault it got lost in the mail, no refund necessary. After my last message I never heard back from her. I just thought a "thanks for understanding" reply would have been nice and good customer service, since I was trying to be a good and understanding customer.
