Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.
Payment
Please allow up to three days for me to get the package ready and set on its way. While most of my items are ready and available for shipping, a few are made to order - namely the popular coffin bookcases, stitched pillows and witchy broomsticks.
If for any reason you can't make the payment immediately, please send me a convo, layaways are available.
You will get no printed invoice from me, I do believe Etsy's printable invoices are enough and there's no need to waste more paper on things most people just throw away. If you however do require physical invoice, please let me know and I´ll include it in your package.
Shipping
You'll receive a convo when your goodies have shipped. It can take up to one week travel time across Europe and up to 2 weeks overseas, depends on your location. Please note that I can't be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or customs. Also, please contact me if you don't receive your goods in three weeks time.
Items damaged in transit: Please, take a picture of the damaged item and the packaging and let me know. Shipping expenses to have your item repaired are met by me.
Lost items: If it takes over three weeks and you still don't have your purchase in your hands, please let me know.
If a package is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer, or if a package is unclaimed by the buyer and returned, I cannot be held responsible. The buyer will therefore be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
Postal insurance/tracking needs to be requested and purchased extra: please convo me BEFORE you place your order as this will incur additional shipping costs.
I do combine shipping costs on more items per order - you only pay the postage for the first item.
