Necklace components are fragile and prone to damage if dropped. It is recommended that necklaces with pendants be worn for special occasions/photo shoots only. Please handle our products delicately and with care.

Some Viv & Olive products include painted/printed beads. Paint/print may fade or rub off over time and exposure to chemicals, such as hand sanitizer, perfume, lotion, sunscreen, etc. Do not submerge your Viv & Olive items in water/liquids. Wire & metal components may become rusted/discolored if exposed to any liquid source. Viv & Olive is not responsible for damage to our products that have been exposed to chemical or liquid sources.

Full bubblegum necklaces on wire are finished with a lobster clasp and split ring closure. An extender chain can be added at no charge upon request for extra length. Finished length is typically 18-19" and a 2" to 3" extender chain can be added.

Adjustable cord necklaces are strung on 1.5mm leather cord and are finished with a sliding knot. Adjustable cord necklaces are made in our standard length for ages 3+ and will fit some adults. Please message the shop if you would like a custom made adjustable cord necklace in a longer length.

Viv & Olive products will arrive in a padded bubble envelope. Necklaces are wrapped in bubble wrap. Additional bubble wrap is added as needed to secure pendants or other fragile components. Pens and keychains will either be wrapped in bubble wrap or a decorative bag.

Proper care and use instructions accompany each package.
