These Ho Ho Ho Santa belts are absolutely adorable. Took a little while to get them because they were custom made, but they were well worth the wait. A really great addition to anyone's Christmas decorations and a really great gift. Good experience with this seller and would purchase from her again.

I'm disgusted by the shop and the owner, I will tell y'all not to purchase their product I placed the order on Feb 17 and it just arrived last week and I was missing a letter when spoke to owner said that it never happens so I said it's okay if I could please get the missing letter and get compensated for the time that it took for the item to arrived, and the missing letter by getting another sign, she said no that I was going to get refunded for the first sign but not for the shipping and handling and no, no discount on next order nor compensate me. So yes I'm sorry and I apologize to express my opinion and frustration but it's was my experience. Sorry Esty

Each letter is a whimsical creation, with great embellishments and other fun elements, the letters are stained perfectly. Very high quality work. I can't even explain how delighted I am. I want everything. Each letter was expertly packed and arrived on time and in perfect shape. Check out this shop. You will love it. I just placed another order for name letters for a wedding. Great idea!

WOW! What terrific service. Everything was carefully packed and the shipment arrived at lightening speed. These letters are awesome. Fell in love with them as soon as I opened the box. They are now displayed in my craft studio, which, by the way has a witch theme. Perfect!!!

The letter m came broken and then it took over two weeks to get a replacement. Then today I get a letter from the post office asking for the original packaging and for me to bring it to the post office. The seller did not tell me to save package. She asked me to send pictures of the broken letter which I did. I think I should have received a replacement immediately and I don't think it is my responsibility to deal with the post office
