How long will it take to receive my order?
Current production time before shipping is approximately 3-5 business days. Shipping time varies from location to location and shipping upgrades are available for additional fees. USA orders normally take 2-5 business days via first class mail. International orders normally take 2-4 weeks via international first class mail, but can sometimes take longer depending on customs delays and each country's internal standards. As an international buyer, you are responsible for any duties, customs or taxes levied by your individual country.
What are the materials used?
Ruby Jean Studios uses high-quality semi-precious metals. .925 Sterling Silver, gold-filled, copper and brass.
How do I care for my Jewelry?
Sterling silver and copper naturally tarnish over time, especially if they come in contact with moisture. It is best to use a soft cloth specifically designed for jewelry and polish gently. Keeping your piece stored in an airtight bag while not wearing will help it to not tarnish. We are more than happy to clean your piece up for you at any time, please contact us and let us know that it is coming and please include a self-addressed stamped bubble mailer for us to ship it back to you in.
Can I return my piece?
Because pieces are custom made just for you, we do not issue refunds or exchanges. However, we want our customers to be happy. If you are dissatisfied in any way, please contact us within three days of receiving your piece and we will see what we can do to help resolve any questions or issues. If there is an error with your order and the error was created by us, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to remake your piece but the original piece must be returned to us in order to verify the error.
Can I gift wrap my piece?
All jewelry and accessories arrive in a beautiful gift bag ready for gift giving with no additional fee to you.
