How to refund on shipping works:

1. If the buyer/s paid for shipping and the items are damaged, send a photo of the damaged item and the Awesome Pink Flamingo will refund the cost of the item and any shipping the buyer/s may have paid.

2. After receiving the item and you decided you don't like it, the Awesome Pink Flamingo will refund the cost of the ITEM only, NOT shipping costs...
The Awesome Pink Flamingo feels this is more than fair.

3. I track all shipments... for fragile items I do not release the funds until I have confirmation the item/s was received in good condition. I will attempt to contact the buyer to assure everything is ok. If I have not heard from the buyer within one (1) week of the delivery date (which shows in the USPS tracking) I will assume everything is ok and the 100% guarantee can not be honored.
