Making some changes...I will no longer offer the fabric ties for banner. Fabric I prefer is getting harder to find and when I do it's more expensive. I'm wanting to also cut my hours of working. Thank you for your understanding.

Custom and personalized orders
Put child’s name or initials in notes to seller area.
Initials in order is First initial, last name initial and then middle initial. Best to clarify and state what last name initial is.
Sizing details
Measurements should be on each listing. If concerned please ask for more measurements
Never received package
I can't be reasonable for packages lost or damaged items by postal service. I do recommend insurance, especially international customers. If insurance isn't offered when checking out please let me know.
International Shipping
Please formatted address correctly. Please leave a phone number for postal service in case they have issues with address.
What is a Panel
If on the listings you see the item “panel” for banner, it is just that, the center section of banner without fabric/ribbon ties. It is for ones wanting to add their own ties.
The panel will have all embroidered work on it.
