All items are handmade in my little shared studio, where craft and creativity come first and all animals are well-loved and pampered before they come to you.
Where possible, materials are recycled or upcycled, and when possible, some profits go to tapir conservation - a deserving and underappreciated cause.

Shipping
Items will be packaged with great care and attention so they arrive safely and in perfect condition. I try to keep postage costs down by recycling packaging wherever possible, and by using second-class post (or equivolent for international items), so that I can pass on my savings to you. If you would prefer your packaging to definitely be NEW, let me know beforehand so I can accommodate this.
As a default, I do NOT use tracked or signed for delivery services, INCLUDING for international orders. This is to keep your costs to a minimum.
If you require first-class, tracked, signed-for (or similar), or any insurance, PLEASE CONTACT ME IN ADVANCE for quotes, as I cannot be held liable for items posted which arrive damaged or go missing unless there has been a fault before posting.
International orders may take a while longer that UK orders - please ask me for an estimate of timings if this is a concern.
