All my art starts with an image. Usually a photo taken of people I meet or pictures I have found. I draw (and often re-draw) using pencil or ink. I will sometimes add colour and pattern at this stage, other times I will do this digitally. Often I will ad mixed media elements such as small creatures of drawn plants.
