All items you see, in the sizes listed, are ready to ship. If you'd like another size, in an existing style, simply contact me and I can make you a custom order. For shipping, my standard, First Class Shipping with the US Postal Service, typically takes 3-5 business days; longer for orders out of the country of course. Sales tax is applicable for purchases within the state of California.
