If you really aren't happy paying online I can accept personal cheques, but only from the UK. This method will delay delivery of your item, as the cheque will need to clear before I can ship your order.

All orders (paid via PayPal) are dispatched within 2 working days.



UK deliveries are via 1st class mail (usually 1-2 working days delivery).



INTERNATIONAL deliveries are via AIRMAIL which isn't tracked to keep postage prices as low as possible.

These services are provided by Royal Mail http://www.royalmail.com and their estimated delivery times are:

EUROPE - western Europe approx. 3 working days, eastern Europe approx. 5 working days.

US & REST OF THE WORLD - up to 7 working days.

I haven't listed postage prices for multiple items - please contact me to discuss if you're ordering multiple items.

As you can see, where possible I use the cheapest form of trackable shipping. If you have been waiting longer than the guide times given above for your order, please contact me so that I can take it up with the relevant shipping company.

As each piece I make is unique, it is only available in one size or the dimensions given in the description. Equally my pieces aren't available in a range of different colours. They are individual things of beauty in their own right! By all means if you like my pieces and would like something in a particular colour range, get in touch, I'll see what I can do.
