Unplanned Adventure

Inspired by a musician playing an odd looking instrument, I began poking around the internet and discovered the world of Cigar Box Guitars. A few weeks later while browsing around a local antique market I stumbled across a single black cigar box and at the urging of my wife decided to take a shot at experimenting with my own build.

Needless to say things have come a long way since then. Most of my tools were 'donated' and needed some minor repairs. There have also been a few failed attempts along the way. However, after several builds and some investments in better tools, I've been able to create some awesome instruments that are unique and that play great!
