I only begin work once I have received full payment.

I accept PayPal transfers and Credit/Debit Card payments via PayPal.

For other payment options, like Western Union (outside UK), bank transfers and cash payments (within UK only) please get in touch with me at amitafbyfatima [!at] gmail.com before making any purchase.

Shipping

AS STANDARD, all items are sent via Royal Mail regular post. Delivery times vary from country to country.

Insured and tracked packages costs an additional $10 per item. If you would like this option, please let me know before you finalize your order so that I can include it in the shipping fees. Insured items will be issued with a tracking code to enable tracking while in transit and compensation in case of loss.

I will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please bear in mind that lost items that are not insured will not be compensated for. I will take a picture of every parcel I post as evidence that I had the address written correctly and I will also keep a receipt for the postage. Other than this, if the parcel is not tracked/insured, I have no way of following it up. I will fulfill my end by making sure the address is correct and legible and the parcel is adequately secured and posted at the right time.

Please bear in mind that ONLY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN INSURED WILL BE REPLACED.

Additional policies and FAQs

Most of the garments in my shop are samples. I may not be able to have on hand the exact type of fabric shown or the colour your desire but you can request a custom order in a different color or color combinations or in a specific fabric of choice and I'll create a listing for you at no extra cost.
