As Christmas approached I became so busy delivering and shipping out my artwork and batik gifts that my studio time did not exist. I am grateful for all the supportive comments and purchases of my art. Now that Christmas has gone by things will slow and in the dark winter evenings I will find myself back in my studio with the winter solitude that lets my imagination come forth. I look forward to getting back to the stretching table, my hot wax and tjanting and brushes.
I am so grateful to all who appreciate my batik art.

I have been featuring my yards of fabric of late for those who are interested in using many of my batik printed fabric in a quilt, wall hanging or clothing.
I hope you will visit my shop and look through at so much that is new.
I am grateful my husband is nearby in a nursing home so I can see him every day. He is getting treatment for his cancer and is holding well.
My cats keep me with household company and my pony Star and llama Vanilla keep me inspired and busy as I care for them.

I also love to see photos from those who have framed my batik, decorated a room with my art and many that have created things with my art fabric .
Always check your shipping, PayPal or credit card address to be sure it is current when you place your order to ensure it will arrive at the correct address For rush shipping, please convo me! Overnight is always available but is very expensive.
If you want to return an item, please convo me and return in the original condition within a month from your purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I have a 15 percent restocking fee. Clothing and facemasks as well as large custom prints are not returnable as they are made specially to order.

5 out of 5 starsI LOVE these leggings, my second pair from this shop. The colors are so vibrant, I get compliments every time I wear them. The fabric is very stretchy, but also firm, not like cotton leggings. They make my thighs look much more sleek than they actually are. There are 2 things that I don't love about them, but not significant enough to lose stars over. 1. The fabric is synthetic and doesn't breathe, so they need to be washed after every wear, and 2. They've got a soft, yoga style waistband, so if you've got a gut they will roll down. I solved that problem by sewing on an elastic band. Otherwise, these leggings are perfect and I will definitely get more.

I grew up in New England and attended Massachusetts College of Art. Then I fell in love with batik and my husband Richard, who whisked me away to a dairy farm in upstate New York. Many beautiful sights inspire my farmscape batik.
