The first thing I would like to say is the commitment to Customer Service and Satisfaction from the owner of this shop is outstanding. It may be noted that the yarn bowl in my photograph does not match the one originally bought. This is because it was lost somewhere between Yvette and myself. However she worked so unbelievably diligently to ensure I did receive one and when this arrived I was so very happy with it. It is beautiful. I cannot praise Yvette highly enough.
