Custom cosplays are delicate in nature. I do my best to ensure all seams are closed and your item can withstand standard wear and tear, but I do recommend taking caution with your order. Hand washing or dry-cleaning are the safest options for cleaning and a gentle touch (not forcing zippers or pulling seams) will help ensure you get the most out of your costume.

All costumes, dresses and jackets are made to your measurements to ensure proper fit. You will notice in most listings there are two sizing options - "Regular" and "Plus". "Regular" encompasses these size ranges: BUST 34"-40" WAIST 25"-31" HIPS 34"-40". These are the available size ranges of my dress form. Anything outside of those ranges requires extensive alterations to my patterns and dress form as well as additional materials. I do not have these size ranges set to offend or exclude anyone. Please understand that the price difference is such to compensate for the additional labor, time and materials required to ensure the perfect fit of your garment.

Viper Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Every order is sent with a tracking number and if tracking states the package was delivered, there's unfortunately no way for me to prove it wasn't. Additionally, Viper Creations is not responsible if your order is damaged due to the mail carrier's negligence. If there is a problem with your order (wrong item sent, item broken or damaged due to poor packaging, etc) I am happy to discuss remedying the issue. Please contact me with any problems.
