I opened my shop as a means to keep my hands and mind occupied in a positive and creative way. My oldest son had just passed away from bone cancer and A Precious Memory, which is named in his honor, was and is my saving grace.
My business is located in my home in the middle of the woods in Southern Mississippi. My work space is my sanctuary.
I absolutely love creating my unique shaped gift boxes and favors. I am always trying to create a new pattern or find something unique to use as an embellishment. I also keep trying new ways of making my creations as sturdy as possible so they can be used as keepsakes.
It thrills me for someone to purchase things from my shop and tell me how much they were enjoyed. They are not just pieces of cut and folded paper. All of my creations are so much more to me. My biggest wish is that the person who purchases any of my creations will love them as much as I do.
