Prior to making a purchase, please ensure the following steps are taken:

➔ Check for any important messages in our shop announcements.

Upon purchase, you will receive digital files via email. These files contain outlined fonts due to licensing restrictions. Although we cannot physically ship items, rest assured the files are delivered promptly to your inbox. We are available to resend files if needed, but please note that refunds are not provided for digital downloads.

Our files are available for PERSONAL USE or for small COMMERCIAL crafting businesses, limited to 200 products. Extended licenses are available for expanded commercial use.

However, certain actions are PROHIBITED:

➔ Reselling or redistributing the original or altered files.
➔ Print and sell a pre-made transfer, ie. UVDTF or vinyl transfers unless you are specifically approved by me.
➔ Uploading files to print-on-demand websites like Zazzle/Society6/etc.
➔ Sharing files on any platform.

You will receive the following files:
➔ 1 x SVG file
➔ 1 x PNG file

Additional files are available upon request.

Files are delivered electronically, and no physical items are shipped. Once payment is completed, your digital files will be accessible for download in your account, with an email notification sent to your registered Etsy address. Please remember to unzip or extract the received zip file to access the files.

If you encounter issues with your files, they may have become corrupted during the download process. Simply delete the files and revisit your Purchases page on Etsy to download them again. Should problems persist, please reach out to us for further assistance.

Refunds cannot be issued once files have been downloaded due to their digital nature. Prior to purchase, please ensure compatibility with your programs or cutting machines. If any issues arise with your files, please contact us via email or Etsy message for assistance.

The buyer is not authorized to resell, relicense, or redistribute our products in any manner. AH Creative Cuts retains all rights to the designs, which are permitted for personal or business use. However, the use of files for digital products is prohibited; they may only be utilized for physical products intended for sale. Claiming ownership of the work is also prohibited.

When creating products with our files, it is crucial to check for trademarks in your country and the product class.
