Received item in Canada 10 days after purchasing in wonderful packaging. Tracking indicated the item was shipped the day after purchase. A credit to Mr. Schey on his customer service. nThe pipe was quite beautifully made with some small unavoidable flaws that only added to the charm of the piece. nThis pipe had the longest break-in period of any pipe I have owned, which is likely due to the raw wood finish inside the bowl rather than the typical coating you see on more commercial pipes. However, the break-in period was very enjoyable. The pipe smokes very well and has since worked its way up to being my go-to pipe. nMy experience with Mr. Schey and his wares has been the best I could have hoped for, and I will definitely consider one of his pipes when I look to add to my collection.

I love that you can tell it's been crafted over a long period of time by hand; for that, it is absolutely worth every penny. This past Valentine's day, I wanted to get my boyfriend something he could treasure for a lifetime, and I couldn't picture anything better. You even got it here in time!
