1 out of 5 starsBuyer beware of what font you select and whether or not it is a capital or lower case letter. I requested a capital R and received a lower case r. I asked the seller about this after receiving the item and was told the font I selected is a mixed case font which uses lowercase styles for many of the uppercase letters.

I do not accept returns. If your item arrives with personalization different than what you specified, I will be glad to make the correction and send you a new item.
