I am loving creating simple jewellery. You can have any combination of charms you see in my shop as bracelet, necklace, brooch or earrings - just ask me to create something specially for you
Based in the UK but love my visits to Turkey - hence the name of my shop which is taken from the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul, with a twist
If you want a present sent direct - even abroad - I’m happy to help. Everything will be sent in a velvet pouch enclosed with your own message on a card

REFUND POLICY
- Please contact me if you have a problem - my aim is that my customers are happy with their purchases.
- if you want a refund please contact me within 14 days of receipt, according to EU distance selling laws. Refund is for item price only for items outside the EU. Within the EU price of item and original postage will be refunded within the 14 day period . Outside of that time period only the item price will be refunded In all cases please contact me so that I know a returned item is due
- Return must be shipped within 14 days of your request
- buyer pays return shipping
- for buyers outside the EU please mark the parcel RETURNED GOODS otherwise there will be customs charges on its return to the U.K.
- items must be in same condition as received and re saleable
- For your protection: Pack as well as received, ideally include Tracking to know your order arrived.
- Damaged or personalised items returns are not refundable unless damaged in transit
- if the item is damaged on delivery please contact me as soon as possible to resolve the problem and please provide photos of damaged item and packaging to enable an insurance claim to be made. I am unable to refund unless photos are provided.
- please contact me to discuss any possible returns before sending them unauthorised refunds ie those items sent back with no prior notification are not accepted
- Please notify me when the item is shipped and provide tracking number to confirm ship date.
I will let you know when it is received and the refund will be processed in same manner as purchase method
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I am more than happy to send orders overseas however shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties and custom fees. Since Brexit duty will be applied to anything sent to our former EU partners
They are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs organisation for more information.
Delivery times for international parcels CAN take 6-8 weeks and Royal Mail do not consider parcels lost before these timings. So if your parcel does not arrive please let me know but bear these timescales in mind, particularly if the parcel is likely to be held up in customs or there is inclement weather

Returns information
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you wish to have a refund on an item. The item then needs to be sent off to me within a further 14 days in line with EU directive on distance selling
Who pays for what when you want to return an item?
* If you are in the EU and return the item within 14 days of notification of requiring a refund, ie up to 28 days after receipt of item, then the original cost of postage and item price will be refunded. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage
* outside the EU the same timescales apply, but refund will be of item cost only . The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.
* returns are only accepted within these timescales
* please return the item in its original packaging or other suitable for protection through the post
* please send the item with tracking information so you can confirm it has arrived
* refunds will be given on receipt of the returned item via the payment system originally used
Re saleable condition
Returns of items are only accepted if the items are in their original, unworn, resale-able condition. If items are returned outside of these conditions refunds may be refused
Can I return earrings?
Although earrings are usually classed as personal items in the EU directive and therefore not eligible for refunds, I wish my customers to be happy with their purchase, and will accept refunds on earrings.
I will replace the fittings before re sale on any returned earrings
Damaged item? Faulty item?
Please contact me so we can resolve the problem.
If the item arrives damaged please contact me within 24 hrs of delivery and if the packaging is damaged please send me photographs of item and packaging so I can follow up with the postal carrier
If the item is faulty please contact me as soon as possible so that I can take action to resolve the situation I want my customers to be happy with their purchases

Just to let you know that I am based in the UK , so depending on where you are, responses to convos may be later because of the time differences, and of course shipping may take a little longer
Earring fitting options
I’m happy to interchange earring fittings to ones that would suit you from stud, leverback to screw fittings. Please just ask
Import taxes and fees
The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties and import taxes levied on the items in line with their country’s laws
Photography and sizes
The use of close up photography is standard for jewellery and where I can I add in a coin to one of the photos for scale. Each item has measurements in the description, but if you are unsure please ask me.
Unfortunately I don’t have a model for pierced ear earrings
Marked as gift
This means that there will be no mention of the value of the item within the package but if the item is to be sent overseas, outside the EU, the value of the item has to go on the customs form by law
