The upgrade is an excellent and very helpful service that Steph provides. It was exciting to see photos of my bead being made into a fabulous pendant. I chose a crystal to be added as a pretty detail along with the pendant bail. Dispatch was very prompt on completion and the pendant was received well packaged. I love the snowflake heart pendant. Wow! The snowflake bead is stunning! It was a lovely surprise when I received a message to say my bead was made which was earlier than expected! To see the accompanying photos of my bead and read about the process was a very interesting and enjoyable experience. I chose the upgrade for steph to turn my bead into a gorgeous pendant for me. Items were beautifully presented and arrived on time in country. Vendor was supremely helpful, making slightly smaller beads so I could use them in a bracelet I have in mind. She even went out of her way to send photos to check my preferences, which was greatly appreciated. Added a photo with some of the beads I might use to bring it altogether.

Bought the other in this range, the vendor was lovely to talk to, had some great suggestions when she knew what I was planning with them, then went out of her way to make the bead slightly smaller with all the details intact! Great work, they look stunning and I highly recommend them!
