After twenty years in the flower business I traded in fresh flowers for my second love of vintage fabrics and with my life's arrow forever pointing north, moving to Oregon from California was naturally meant to be. As well a florist, I gave plant and flower tours at the San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers. It was a fulfilling endeavor and I learned so much about plants. I still dream about botanists especially back in the day climbing the world's mountaintops for Orchids and other Epiphytes to both scrutinize and bask in their miniature beauty. Ahhhhh ~*~
I've been married for 38 years and we've together made our way up the California coastline.
* Vintage Pommery *
Using vintage fabrics and trims collected from all over the world I make small vintage fabric flower bouquets, corsages and boutonniere 's. Made from the material I hand wire, twist and loop together the florets creating a globe shape of vintage fluff. I wrap the stem in fabric and have a collection of findings and buttons to tie along the stem. What I don't have another will and I support buying supplies from fellow Etsy vendors.
No two bouquets are alike. I use vintage and recycled materials down to the thread unless requesting different.
I've found with each custom order placed or bouquet bought from my shops inventory everyone has the same connection to handmade as I do ~ lovingly simple ~ made well ~ affordable ~ and something with a little individuality to it.
The bouquets are unique, handmade, they are not super fancy and come from my own design no kits nor copies. They are something sweet, meant to celebrate a day that asks for little but your happiness.
That being said.

Thank you ❤ to everyone who has purchased my handmade bouquets over the years. With millions of shops here on Etsy choices are in abundance and while my vintage items continue sell, my handmade bouquets have gotten a little lost in the crowd. Sales have been special but few. I enjoy working with vintage fabrics, they are a part of my art. So, bouquets may list less often in my shop though I welcome and encourage custom orders. Keep checking in, I appreciate the crafty support. New ideas are on the horizon while I hunt for more fabulous vintage fabrics to sweeten the pot!
You'll also find a collection of antique picture frames, vintage items and at times a small tribute to our divine & earthly animal friends.
A few pieces have investment value while others whether found, bought or traded have a sense of survival and individuality.
My sold page has some interesting and one of a kind items that found fantastic new homes all over the world.
Located in the Pacific Northwest, many of the small towns throughout are old and are rich in history. The landscapes are beautiful and nature abundant.
