1 out of 5 starsAlthough the design was done well, the attitude of the rude shop owner, who was not respectful of some very small wishes as the client, left an unfortunate bad taste to the whole experience. If not asked by this review, I would not have said anything.

At Beetle & Quill, I’ve worked with many happy clients in the past 5+ years, but despite my best efforts, on rare occasions, my policies aren't satisfactory to everyone. My policies are designed to give every client the attention they deserve and are (and always have been) readily and publicly available. The policy that all change requests be made via email, is in place to assure that design changes are made in an accurate, timely manner for every client. I am sorry I couldn’t meet your expectation of daily proofing via Skype, and that the flexible alternatives proposed were not to your satisfaction. Based on your feedback, I’ve further clarified policies for the future, and as always, urge anyone with questions or concerns about my process to be in touch prior to order.

5 out of 5 starsI don't have enough words to describe what a beautiful person Erica is. She is the most accommodating, punctual, and thoughtful vendor I've ever encountered on Etsy. My fiancé and I are super perfectionists and we sent the files back and forth with Erica at least 3 times before we came up with the beautiful final product. She answered all of our questions (sometimes in the same day of sending them) and was always professional and thorough. I would recommend her to anyone!!!
