Thank you for visiting my shop of funny woolly creatures!
Here you can find all kind of wild animals made by me out of pure wool in form of hand puppets. The moment they are placed on the hands they become alive and can tell their stories.
Animal hand puppet can be a great present for anyone who likes nature and to play - children or adults. It is very useful tool for parents for educational purposes. It is fun way to explain your children about the nature, learn languages, play new games and just simple make them laugh. My animals like to play and easy going. They are light and durable, love to travel in the bags, not afraid of bathing and make a warm company for sleeping.
You can also learn to make your own puppets with great tutorials I made for you!

Yara was glad to tweek her basic design to bring the puppet closer to biologically correct Tennessee Great Horned Owl, with more browns and greys and with vertical ear tufts. Gasps of admiration from my Storytelling audiences when I bring him out to help tell Jane Yolen's Owl Moon. Thank you Yara!!!

Me and my wooly band of wild animal puppets welcome you!
I am feltmaker from Helsinki, Finland. My passion is wild nature. I transformed it to educational project and create wild creatures from wool in form of hand puppets so they can speak for themselves and remind us about this magical and beautiful world.
All my toys are wet felted by me with use of natural wool, fleeces, plant fibers and silk. For my work I use only little bit of water and natural olive soap so it is quite nature friendly process.
I do sell ready to ship items and also can make toys to order. All puppets are hand made and unique, I can make similar ones but they will never be exactly same. But always funny and full of positive energy.
I hope you will like my animal puppets as much as I do!

You can easily pay with your credit or debit card using Paypal.
I leave 3 working days (72 hours) to complete payment, if payment is not complete by then sale will be cancelled.
Payment can't be cancelled after shipping.

I am VAT-registered seller.
24% VAT is included all purchases shipped to an EU address. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
0% VAT is charged to non-EU customers. A free shipping is offered to customers outside the EU to offset VAT costs - this is an interim measure until Etsy provides a proper VAT calculation tool. Shipping costs will automatically be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Shipping
It is usually take 10-14 days to reach EU addresses and 2-3 weeks to US depends on customs regulations and postal system of receiving country.
In busy holidays time shipping can take much longer!
Parcels to Russia can travel unpredictable amount of time even though it suppose to take not more than 3 weeks too.
If you would like me to ship your item faster or with tracking please convo me so I can check out the prices for that.
I send READY TO SHIP orders within 2 working days after payment is cleared.
CUSTOM ORDERS are shipped normally during 2 weeks after payment is cleared if there is no mention of special shipping conditions.
For shipping I use the address from your Etsy receipt, so if you want that the package to be send to the other address, please write me a note while purchase your item.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
