Every design is made with passion, time and care, and will be wrapped well for safe transit during the shipment.

Shipping is via International Airmail, some are registered and with Tracking number. Some are not dispatched with tracking number but nonetheless you can contact me if you want your order with tracking number. There is mentioned in each listing at the description below if it includes the tracking number. These are estimates about when you will receive your order when it is dispatched. European Countries within 6 to 14 business days, United States and Canada within 14 to 28 business days and the rest countries within 14 to 31 business days. Sometimes delays occur due to customs.

I do not work on designs given to me or requested by customers, i create my own designs. However, i can perform alterations on my own designs to suit the customer's requests / needs.

No cancellation is accepted once work is started on the item. Cancellation is only accepted within 24 hours when the order is placed
