Payment
I only accept payment through PayPal. You can pay using your debit or credit card without having, or opening an account. A reminder will be sent if payment hasn’t been made within 48 hours. The order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 72 hours.

Jewellery comes wrapped in a gift box or organza pouch.
I will ship within 2-3 days of receipt of payment. UK purchases are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, and International by Royal Mail airmail. I am happy to arrange recorded or signed delivery if required. Please leave a note for me and I will contact you about the cost, and arrange an invoice for the additional charges.
Please be aware that you are responsible for any custom fees, duty or taxes payable on your purchase.

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required on custom orders. All loomed pictures are made to order. Please see the shop for details, or contact me.
Jewellery that is made to order will be made to your specifications (colour and sizing). Completion time is 2-4 weeks. If you need it sooner, please let me know.
Custom orders for loomed pictures (portraits etc) and purses take about 7-9 weeks, as long as I don't have others to make. In the unlikely chance of needing longer than this time scale, I will contact you as soon as possible.
