I'm extremely pleased with Liz's expertise and customer service. n nI had very specific - and maybe unusual - requests with my dolls and Liz was very flexible and open to ideas. She was willing to try out something new and different in my case and that's admirable. She was quick in our communication and correspondence and managed to listen to my specifications and feedback to design the dolls just as I envisioned them. n nLiz clearly puts a lot of heart into her work and the attention to detail is impressive.
