We have 4 boys ages 19 months to 7 years and live in Ennis, Montana. While I love creating your orders, I am still doing my best to find balance between being the best mom I can, have good customer service and trying to soak up every second of the Montana good weather. I will be checking messages thru-out the day and ensuring that I get back to you no later then the evening but please have patience with me if I don't get back to you right away.
All items are handmade. If you need to see a proof or get your order by a certain date, message me not just a note at checkout.
Wanting to know where your order is? Go to your orders under your etsy account or in your email and you will see the estimated dates:) Sometimes we are just a couple days, other time it may take the full 10 business days. Again, if your on a time crunch message us upfront! We will not cancel an order due to time if we didn't know when you need it.
