Slow shipping (12 days from TX to CA). The postmark was 9 days after purchase! The packaging was not appropriate for the product. The coffee mug was shipped in a bubble mailer with newspaper and cardboard. I'm surprised it made it here in one piece. The design is cute but the mug itself was dirty and it looked old—like it had been sitting around for a while. Overall, I'm not impressed.
