Hi There fellow feather lovers !
I have always felt that when I find a feather that there is an angel or a guide wanting to give me a message or a signal to pay attention. My journey with feathers began 18 years ago when i had a very clear and profound dream where I was sitting in a field with a native American and he was showing me how to make a dream catcher. It was such a strong dream that the next day I went out and made one from scratch with no prior knowledge of how to do it. It was amazing and over a period of years this spirit guide came to me repeatedly and taught me many traditional crafts and techniques. I learned to make drums and spirit shields and talking sticks. I began participating in sweat lodges, vision quests, women's circles and moon lodges and I learned to facilitate sacred ceremonies. I made Native American crafts for several years and pretty much supported my family doing this.
A few years ago after my feathers had all been put away for years while my kids grew, I had a strong feeling to pull them out again and start creating something new. I wanted to make hair feathers to connect people to nature and to the bird tribe and to embracing the natural beauty that wearing feathers enhances. Women absolutely loved them and slowly my business has been growing and growing. I do markets in Byron Bay ( which is the feather capitol of Australia ) and music and spiritual festivals all over Australia. Finally after many people pressing me.........I am getting an online presence !!!!I

Everything I make i do with prayer and intention and in a state of creative meditation. I wash, dye and smudge all my feathers and always strive to choose the best feathers and artistic combinations possible.
