Shipping

Some items are ready to ship, and some need time to be prepared - read carefully the description of the item you are about to purchase, and contact us if you need the shipping time to be cleared out. Most items are shipped during the next 2 weeks after the payment is cleared. Purchases are not shipped during the weekends. In case of custom order, please contact me to present the details of producing time.

Contact us if you haven't received the package. Sometimes it can happen due to circumstances that are beyond our control. We use registered mail, providing you with a tracking number for your safety. Please note, that we do not refund lost or stolen packages.

We will ship the item to the address indicated in your Etsy receipt. If you want an item to be shipped to a different address, please include it in a personal message. We are not responsible for packages not received due to an incorrect address.
The buyer is responsible for any custom fees, taxes, or any receiving fees.

At holidays time, we would ship as previously mentioned, however assuming the quantity of mail traveling around the world at that time, it may take longer for an item to arrive. That's why you should make holiday purchases as early as possible. We assume responsibility to send your purchase during the next 2 weeks, however we will not assume the responsibility if the item arrives later than usual!
