caroladams' Shop Announcement

Every Critter is handmade. Each is individually cut from copper foil and shaped. Next, they are electro-plated in an acid bath to add mass and form to the shape. Then color is added using an enameling process that requires kiln firing at 1400 to 1500 degrees for each color until the Critter is completed. As a result of this unique process, no two critters ever look exactly alike.

Carol Adams' work is nationally collected and noted. Carol's work reflects her travels and teaching experiences around the world including Egypt, Europe, Haiti, and Central America. She lives and works at the edge of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Northeast Ohio.

I make over 200 different critter pins and continually add new pins to my collection. Please check back often for new pins!

I have a new blog at www.caroladamsart.blogspot.com! Please stop by to read my story.
