Please pay within 24 hours of your purchase. If for some reason you are unable to pay until a certain date/time, please contact me as soon as possible. After 24 hours, I'll send a friendly reminder notice. If I don't recieve payment or hear from you within a week of the order, I'll assume you've changed your mind and cancel the sale.

I accept PAYPAL
You can pay through Paypal even if you don't have an account with them, and it is the safer way to pay.
I will accept cheques from all UK customers but bear in mind i wont post the item until the cheque has been recieved and has cleared in my bank account so paypal is a much quicker route also.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
Most of the clothing available in my shop is made to order. The making times vary depending on how busy i am and is always quoted in the listing. Please check this time before making a purchase as i can not guarantee i will always be able to fit in any rush orders.
If you do need you item for a specific date please ask as i will accommodate this if i can.
Making is on average 2-3 weeks. Your item will be made and posted as quickly as i can.

READY TO SHIP ITEMS:
I will always try to post any ready made items 1/2 working days after payment is received. I will always use Royal Mail 1st class unless contacted and asked otherwise.



INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: You are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to your respective countries. I am not responsible for these costs, nor am I responsible for items being held up at customs or items being seized.

I send all international mail with standard airmail, this means i have no way of tracking your item. Once it has left me i have no control over how quickly it arrives and this means it can sometimes take up to 4 weeks for an international parcel to arrive.
If you wish to be able to track your parcel and have it arrive a little quicker please choose the tracking shipping upgrade.

Due to recent regulations with shipping internationally I have had to remove some countries from my shipping list. If you cant see your country and would like to place an order please send me a message and I will double check as I may have missed your country of the list by accident.

Due to the nature of how etsy work out shipping we have to select a cost for additional items and depending on how many items you order this may mean you pay more shipping than is required. I will always refund any shipping overages.
For customers in the United Kingdom the maximum postage you will pay is £5.
For International customers the maximum postage you will pay is £19.

I will always make any custom orders as long as i can find the material/supplies needed for that order. Obviously these will take a little longer and depending on the order will depend on the time frame. If an item is needed by a particular date please say and i will see what i can do.

A cautionary word of advice:
Many of my shoes come with small buttons, beads, or ribbon/felt parts sewn to them. While I sew these on as securely as I can and probably better than what you would find on factory made items, please be careful and use supervision while your baby is wearing them.
