As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression the majority of my life, I understand how hard it can be to deal with your mental health. It's so important to take care of yourself - brain and all - and to focus on the positive in life.

That's what I'm hoping to accomplish with my shop - creating therapy journals, motivational stickers and other accessories that will make your day a little brighter, and help you in your wellness journey. I could be designing what I think is popular, or what I think will sell the quickest...but I want this shop to have purpose. I want it to encourage you, to help you, and to remind you: it's okay to not be okay. We're all doing the best we can. :)
