If I order today, will my order arrive by_______?
Please check our current production time posted on the listing. If you add production time + shipping time, then you should have your answer.
PRODUCTION TIME:
Time it takes to produce, assemble and package your order.
SHIPPING TIME:
Time it takes from when the order leaves our shop and the USPS takes to deliver the package to you. When you select the Priority Shipping option, you are selecting the shipping speed that the US postal service will delivery your order & not how fast I process your order.
First Class (4-14 business days)
Priority (3-4 business days)
Priority Express (1-2 days (overnight to most areas).
International First Class (8-20 business days)
International Priority (6-10 business days)
Global Express- 1-3 business day
When will my order ship?
We process our incoming orders on a first come first serve basis.
Our current production time is noted on the items listing page. You will also find this scheduled shipping date on your order confirmation email or the order page on your Etsy account.
Please note- we agree that it does not take days or weeks to make one order and ship it out, however, the current production time is calculated based on the order volume we currently have and the number of orders we have in front or your order. If the processing time is 10 business days, then that means there are 10 business days worth of orders in que.
I need this order NOW! Can I get a Rushed Order?
We do offer Rushed Orders. They are available in our shop for purchase. Please add the "rushed order" option to your cart at the same time as your order, and your order will be shipped in 24 hours (1 business day**).

If you need your order by a certain time/day, please mention this in the order notes so we know when to ship out by.
**Please note, we will do everything we can to get your order out in your time frame, however, we have no control over the Post Office speed or any delays. I highly suggest Priority or Express shipping.
What shipping speed do I need to purchase?
IF YOUR WEDDING OR EVENT IS WITHIN A 21 BUSINES DAY TIME FRAME,
I STRONGLY SUGGEST OPTING FOR PRIORITY SHIPPING DURING CHECKOUT. IF YOU SELECT THE STANDARD FIRST CLASS, YOU ARE TELLING ME THAT YOUR ORDER IS NOT TIME SENTITIVE. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
If ordering "With Photo Setting" (me inserting photo)
Need within 21 days- Upgrade to Priority
Need within 14 days- Upgrade to Express
Need within 10 days- Add on "Rushed Order" and Priority Shipping
Need within 6 days- Add on "Rushed Order" and Express Shipping
How do I send you my photo?
To send me your photo, you can either:
*Attach your photo via Etsy Message using the "Attach Image" or Camera Icon button on app. Clink on "Ask seller a question" on shops home page, or request a custom order form listing page.(PREFERRED method)
OR
*Email me at Info@CherishedHeritage.com (if emailing me, please message me and let me know you did so I can look for it).
I prefer non-cropped photos so that I can adjust the photo to the perfect spot without white showing on the sides. I will crop the photo for you.
What kind of photos do you accept? Will you send over a proof?
We will take most photo files (jpeg, png, pdf, etc.).
DO NOT CROP PHOTO!!! I will do this for you. Do not try to cut off any person next to another, I will do that for you so I can position the photo just perfectly. I will remove the person for you.
You can send a scanned photo file, however, it is easiest to take a photo with your phone and send over via Etsy app or email. Feel free to send over a cropped version, BUT ALSO include the full uncropped photo.
We do not automatically send a proof of your photo/frame. If ordering a custom bouquet frame, I will automatically zoom in on the face to the "best setting" I see fit the specific frame. If wanting a proof, you must request one when sending over photo.
