Hi Etsy, I have purchase 3 x Catherine lights (Carsten is the manufacturer and supplier) from your website. All three have been delivered and 2 are fine however 1 was broken upon opening the box. Carsten advised I send a report from the post office that it was indeed broken and box had damage. I did this and Carsten advised he would send a replacement. This has not happened and I have been patiently waiting for a long time now as the broken light was originally delivered March, I think, still waiting for the replacement and it’s the end of May. I have been emailing Carsten via etsy and directly without success. I look forward to hearing from you ASAP regarding this issue.

There was initially a confusion with the size, but was then replaced. I like the lamp very much.

Really beautiful, arrived in perfect condition. No two are the same, so they are very unique - I have two in my kitchen window, and they reap in the compliments.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my shopping experience with ckleosteen and Carsten for their concrete martha lamp. There was poor communication and customer service. First, the concrete martha lamp was not shipped for nearly a month after my order was placed. ckleosteen / Carsten did not respond to emails and inquiries about the shipping status. Then, when the concrete martha lamp finally arrived nearly two months later, I opened the package to find it had broken in transit, due to the shoddy packing job by ckleosteen / Carsten. Finally, ckleosteen / Carsten refused to timely respond to any of my follow-up emails attempting to either return it or send a refund. Overall, I was disappointed with Carsten / ckleosteen, and with their concrete martha lamp, and would not shop or do business with Carsten / ckleosteen again. I feel like Carsten / ckleosteen cheated me out of $241.00 and did nothing to support their product or assist a customer who timely paid and had problems with their order. To date, Carsten / ckleosteen has yet to follow up with any help. Overall, negative experience, martha concrete lamp is bad product.
