• I live in Wyoming, a small town one and a half hours away from Yellowstone Park. During winter, deliveries may not be possible every day due to poor weather conditions and heavy snow. As the holiday season is approaching, I kindly request that you place your orders as early as possible.
• If an order is marked as delivered but the buyer didn't receive it, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact USPS to find the package. Once a package leaves our studio, we have no control over it. Coco Wagner Design LLC is not responsible for packages lost in the mail.

HANDMADE TAKES TIME:
Our products are handcrafted. Therefore, shipping usually takes 2-5 business days. I operate the studio on my own, so please order early for any items on your wish list, gift list, or just because. Thank you!
• If you require your order to be delivered quickly, kindly choose an expedited shipping option (or feel free to contact me for urgent orders, as I am always available to assist). Additionally, please mention the date you need the order in the "notes to seller" section so we can make the necessary arrangements to meet your deadline.

Refund Policy & Warranty
• We offer a 30-day warranty - A warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturer defects.
( Spring clasp breaking and chain disconnecting from the clasp/jump ring, stamping errors, wrong size. )
Items that qualify for the warranty will be repaired free of charge.
• We do not provide free return labels - Online returns must be received by our studio within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date.
I would be glad to provide you with a return label.
Please note that a flat rate of $5 USD will be charged as a return processing fee and deducted from your refund.
