- Ready to ship products will ship within 1-2 business days.
- Made to order products will be processed and shipped according to its listing, please read the product description and make sure to leave all custom info asked in the check-out box, if information for the customization is missing, it will delay the processing and shipping time.
- Rush Orders: if you need your product before the processing time please contact me, I take rush orders on an availability basis.

- US ORDERS: Domestic orders are shipped through the carrier of your choice with tracking number.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I am currently shipping only through USPS international services to countries listed at the Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International Service (E-USPS DELCON INTL), which is a tracking service available to select destination countries.
International buyers are responsible for custom duties, import taxes, VAT or any fees that may apply.
All my products are handmade by me with imagination, love, care and attention to detail using my own homemade cold porcelain clay recipe in a clean, smoke free, dog friendly home.

What is Cold Porcelain? How to care for it?
Cold Porcelain is an air-dry clay, after dries out becomes hard. I make my own with corn starch, all-purpose white glue, baby oil, white vinegar and non-grease lotion.
I use high quality oil paints to color the clay, water-based acrylics for painting details, and a professional high-quality varnish to seal and improve durability, my creations are water resistant, but not waterproofed, they can be easily cleaned using a soft brush for dusting, a damp cloth or baby wipes, no harsh chemicals.
My creations are durable and with the right care could last a lifetime, but as a handmade piece of art they are fragile and should always be handled with care, they could break if fall, and colors might change overtime if constantly exposed to light.
How long takes for custom or made to order to be ready? Can I cancel a custom order?
Processing time for Custom or Made to Order products will vary depending on the product, quantity and season, and it is stated in each listing, if you need you order by a certain date or before the estimated time contact me.
Please make sure to leave all custom info asked at the check-out. If there is missing info I will contact you through Etsy, if there is no reply within 5 business days I will contact you through the email in your Etsy order, if no response is received within 5 business days, then I will simply notify, refund and cancel the order.
If you need to cancel a custom order, contact me asap. Full refund will be given only if I didn't start it, if I am already working in your order then the refund will be given accordingly.
International Orders Info - Shipping, Customs, Import Fees
All orders are shipped accordingly to the Etsy receipt, make sure your shipping address is correct. I won't be responsible for charges of re-shipping, and I won't refund items delivered to a wrong address.
International buyers are responsible for custom duties, import taxes, VAT or any fees that may apply.
In case of return the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition buyer is also responsible for loss in value.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Please make sure your shipping address is correct; I won't be responsible for charges of re-shipping and won't refund items delivered to a wrong address.
Please be sure that your location is secure. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure location for receiving packages. USPS, UPS and FedEx insurance do NOT cover theft once your package has been marked as delivered by tracking.
If a porch pirate steals your package you will need to file a police report and place a claim under your homeowner's or renter's insurance.
I pack all orders with the best of care to prevent damage in transit; in case of damage, please take pictures of the item and packaging and contact me right away, don't thrown the package away in case we need it.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Custom, personalized, or sale products are not returnable.
Products eligible for return must be in its original condition for a refund.
Please contact me and I will guide you through the process, do not send your order back without contacting me.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
I pack all orders with the best of care to prevent damage while in transit; if there is any damage on arrival, please take pictures of the item and packaging, do not throw the package away in case you need it and contact me right away.
Refund will be given once I receive the product back.
Please make sure to pack well to avoid damage during transit, if there is damage the buyer will be responsible for loss in value and the refund adjusted accordingly.
GIFTS, DISCOUNTS & WHOLESALE
GIFTS
U.S. orders marked as a gift at the check-out will simply not include the pricing on the invoice.
International orders marked as gift will not include the pricing on the invoice inside the package, but I have to declare the value in the customs form declaration label and packing slip.
I don't offer gift wrapping, but most of my products are shipped in little boxes that could be used to gift, but if you would like to add a note, card or even a different a box or gift package contact me, I will be glad to discuss what can be done to accommodate your request.

I don't offer wholesale, but I offer discounts for multiple items orders, just contact me with your inquiry.
