Everything I make is one of a kind. I usually only have one in stock (besides prints). However, if you see something that has been sold - I can always recreate it for you! Just contact me and ask :)

Absolutely! Especially with glassware, it is easy to personalize an item to exactly what you are looking for! I can also recreate items that have previously sold (painted boxes, moon pallets, etc) So don't hesitate to check out old creations :) Instagram: @collective_menagerie

With every item I ship out, a lot of thought & preparation goes into it's appearance! I take pride in my one of a kind packaging - you'll just have to order to see :) For gifts - I can include a hand written note from you for recipient upon request.

yes! But not all items. If one of my items is "large item shipping" or "pallet shipping" I will not ship them internationally. For the items I that do, you will receive a photo confirmation of shipping slip. Tracking is unavailable unless you request for the extra charge.

I do my absolute best to ensure safe & timely delivery. If I could, I would hand deliver every order! Unfortunately, once your item reaches the post office, it is out of my hands. All orders in the US will have tracking so you can carefully monitor your item to ensure the item will not be lost (international orders can be tracked for an addition fee). In the event of a damaged good, I put extra care to help assist in safe travels. Leaving the post, your package will be labeled as FRAGILE, in hopes that it will be treated as such. If your item is still damaged, please contact me immediately!
