Frequently asked questions

Are your items handmade?

Yes. Each item is individually handmade one piece at a time. I work in very small batches and keep some finished pieces on hand for fast shipping and to be able to sell at local craft events.

When will my order ship?

Many items featured in my shop are in stock and will ship out the same day or next day. For larger custom orders, assume 3-5 business days not including weekends or holidays. Large bulk orders 7-10 days max.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. If for some reason your order has arrived damaged, or you're really not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days or receipt. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and have 7 days to return the shipment in original, unworn condition for a refund will be issued.
