5 out of 5 starsIn the instructions, some misspelled words and unclear terms are used (e,g., 'cast off slowly'). But, the knitter gets the gist. Also, it would be useful to have the measurements in inches.

During its creation, she sent me photos of "work in progress" and we became acquainted over our mutual love of complicated knitting! Here is a photo of my daughter who is beyond thrilled with the sweater, especially with the "XOXO" design on the right hand side and the "Honeycomb" pattern on the left. Thank you, Isabella - she said she will cherish it forever!

Custom and personalized orders
I'm happy to take custom orders. Please contact me if you are looking for something special for you. I'll send you my color chart of yarn and instructions on the measurements needed.
Please note that the turnaround time for custom orders may vary depending on the item. Hats and scarves may take 1/2 week, sweaters, ponchos and dress may take 4/6 weeks, big blankets 8/10 weeks.

Sizing details
All my items are made to measure. So please be careful in taking measures needed.
Made to order item without personal measures, will come in international sizes scale Alpha.
Care instructions
Wash preferably by hand, cold water, mild detergent, long rinse, do not wring or twist, dry flat in the shade, mild iron with a cotton cloth.
They are also machine washable, cold water, mild detergent, extra rinse, centrifuged at low speed or no centrifuge at all, dry flat in the shade, no tumble dry, mild iron with a cotton cloth.
Do you really handmake everything by yourself?
YES! I do not outsource to factories and I make all my items with my two hands, no machine knitting.
I am happy to take in-progress photos for you of your items upon request.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of the objects for sale (unique or very limited series) I can not always send a replacement for items lost during shipment.
Please contact me in such case and we will work together in order to find a good solution. (refund or redo another item).
I gladly accept return for defective items or not match what you ordered. For ready to ship items You can return your package within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a refund as soon as we receive it. We only accept returns on items that are unused, unwashed and unaltered. Please note that shipping fees won't be refunded.
Custom made items are not returnable.
Can I cancel an order I made?
For ready to ship items you can cancel at any time before shipping took place and I'll refund your money instantly.
When an item is shipped, simply refuse it on delivery. I'll refund as soon as the package is returned to me.
Please consider that is impossible to issue a full refund on a cancellation request, for custom order, personalized item or "made to order" articles, after I had purchased the yarn (24 hr).
In this case I need to charge a 40% fee for the cost of the yarn.

Due to the variety of my items, its impossible to me to define exactly the shipping cost for multiple purchases. The given shipping costs are only presuntive.
In case of multiple purchase and in any case of overcharge, I will refund immediately the difference between the sum you pay and my real cost.
