You can pay in any currecy, PayPal automatically converts it for you.

Payment is due at the time of your purchase, and payment must be made within 7 days of purchase. If you have not paid within 7 days, the order will be cancelled through Etsy.

I ship worldwide, and delivery usually takes 1 to 2 weeks throughout Europe and 2 to 3 weeks to North America or Australia. Shipping may take longer for other destination, and during holidays.

All orders will be shipped to the address you provide on ETSY. Please notify me if your shipping address is different from your PayPal address. If necessary, I will send you an email to verify the correct address.

All items,except custom orders, are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. I may manage to ship the custom orders within 5-7working days, too, depending on the case and the order.

I am pleased to consider CUSTOM ORDERS of items in different colors or fabrics. I will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding ordering different sizes, colors or materials. Special orders may be priced slightly higher and will take longer to ship if additional components need to be ordered to complete your design. I charge a standard 10% custom up charge on all custom orders.

RUSH ORDERS that are requested in a shorter timeframe than my usual turnaround time will incur a 20% rush charge. I try to be as fair as possible in creating the items in the order they are purchased. There will always be a turnaround time throughout the year.

Due to differing monitor and computer color settings, the colors you see might not exactly match the actual colors in the items in my shop, though we make every attempt to photograph in natural light.
