1 out of 5 starsDon't waste your time with this shop. I have made a handful of purchases from this shop primarily for bows to give as gifts at baby showers. I placed an order for my own baby girl due in September so I was very excited. I placed my order on July 26th noting the bows would ship within 2-5 business days. After not receiving a shipment email after 5 business days, I reached out to the shop on August 7th and did not receive any response. I also reached out on August 10th and 14th with no responses either until I finally filed a dispute with Etsy on the 19th to get a full refund (thank god for this option). After I received my refund from Etsy, still didn't get any emails or responses from the shop, however, they sent me bows that I didn't even order. Won't be shopping at this shop anymore!

We are so sorry this happened to you. We did respond to you a few times during the Etsy dispute and once we learned of the problem would have refunded you on our own. As we let you know we had a family emergency through the month of August that has made it hard to run the shop (as we are on vacation mode now). Once again we are truly sorry for the delay and we did send you extra free headbands for the problem. Sorry again.

5 out of 5 starsI ordered this in red and wrote a review thinking it was for the red bow, but guess what? It was for the lavender bow just like this red one! I liked the red one so much, I ordered the lavender too! Regardless, they both deserve excellent reviews! These bows are just precious and the owner is so good to work with! More than fair! Thank You!

5 out of 5 starsCutest little red headband EVER! Perfect size for a newborn infant and up! The owner was late getting the shipment of red material in to make the bow, so we had to wait a few days. She did offer me my money back, or to exchange the item. I decided to wait on my original purchase and I am so glad I did! It's just perfect! She was very generous and sent us two extra headbands for our wait! Thank you so much! I have already purchased again from her!
