We typically don’t accept returns/exchanges for personalized, made-to-order, custom sized jewelry or international shipments(except US), however, we are happy to help with any situation so please reach out with any concerns.
And original shipping fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
For US orders, returns & exchanges can be accepted within 14 days.
Customers has to bear the international return shipping costs of $16.
Please note that cost of original shipping fee ($6.5 or more) and return fee ($16) will be deducted from refund.
We are only able to accept returns on items that are unworn and in their original packaging.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
