USPS TRACKING INFO GLITCH: There is a problem with USPS' computerized tracking system on some packages shipped out on June 11 and 12. Some tracking numbers are showing that packages are being delivered to the wrong city altogether. THAT ISN'T WHAT'S REALLY HAPPENING. Packages are still arriving at their correct address in a timely manner.
We're talking to USPS (a lot) right now. And it's not just our customers that are seeing this glitch. The post office is not sure what's going on - and they're looking into it.
However, please don't panic if your tracking number is showing that your package has been delivered to a completely different place than you are. It's not.
